IP & Publications

IP & Publications The Interstitial NS portfolio has a range of background intellectual property supporting the technologies. All IP for the technologies is either owned or licensed to Interstitial NS.

Transdermal

A PCT covering the transdermal delivery of nanostructured drugs using the nanoMAP technology was published in February 2007, Microarray device WO 20077012114.

A provisional application for the production of nanostructured vaccines was filed in 2007, Vaccine composition, method for production and use of same. This application claims protection for the production of all adjuvant free nanoparticle vaccines within a dimensional range.

The design rights to the NanoMAP Applicator prototype (315172) were registered in May 2007.

Pulmonary

Process and apparatus for generating particles WO 2007070957 , published June 2007, covers the use of an acoustic wave process for the controlled production of defined size therapeutic drug particles. The technology is configured for personal inhaler applications.

The designs rights to the Pulmonary inhaler device (315171) were registered in May 2007.

InCellution

The InCellution technology is protected by a patent granted in Australia in 2007 for inproving the efficiency of therapeutic biologicals through naturally induced structural changes, In vivo affinity maturation scheme AU 2003287780. This technology is highly unique and difficult to reverse engineer. InCellution is equally applicable to diagnostic applications.
